I took the month long seminar and it was PHENOMENAL!!! I learned so much in the class and loved that I was left with a clean and organized kitchen that set me up for future success!!! In addition I purchased Tasha's eBook, which is filled with TONS of information!!! I can't say enough great things about Tasha Rosales.

Tasha's classes and group coaching got me on track postpartum. I was having a lot of inflammation and pain. I got my blood work done and the dr. Said all was normal. I found Tasha through a friend and once I started to learn from her I started my journey to feel better. Tasha helped give me the information to make health choices. She provided easy food swaps so I could change the way I eat without feeling restricted. I stopped counting calories and started to loose weight, have less inflammation and feel better."

I started out with a 30 day group coaching and then went on to take the label reading courses. Amazing! I did not realize how tired and puffy I was from all of the processed food. Finding swaps has been sustainable and doesn't feel like a diet or restriction. Got my husband on board when he didn't have to give up chips. I think it would be really good work if you have a family or are preparing for one to start putting these habits in place. I find myself making better choices when I eat out in the sense that it's still something delicious and enjoyable and I'm not just picking a salad to fell better about it. There are also shopping lists so I'm not spending hours looking through at the grocery store.

I am thrilled to have found Tasha's IG account it is amazing that making small informed decisions has made a huge difference in how I feel, each month I implement more changes into our budget. Tasha has put a lot of hard work into her workshops, reels, and stories, her workshops are very economical for the amount of work and information you receive. Best decision I have made for my family. Thank you Tasha for everything.
